I Gede Wirawan
Founder & Managing Director
Credentials: PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT #987654), EFR Instructor, 25+ Years Diving Bali’s Waters, B.Sc. in Hospitality Management from STP Nusa Dua Bali.
Bio: A native of Karangasem, Gede’s connection to the sea is lifelong. He began his career in luxury hospitality with the Four Seasons and Amankila before dedicating himself fully to his passion for diving. Gede founded Bali Diving Package to bridge the gap between world-class diving and five-star service. He personally scouts new dive sites and ensures that every itinerary, from a PADI Advanced course in Amed to a luxury liveaboard around the Nusa Islands, meets his exacting standards. His vision is the driving force behind our commitment to both guest satisfaction and marine conservation.
Dr. Rina Novita
Marine Biologist & Head of Sustainability
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Biology, Universitas Udayana; Published Researcher on Mola Mola Aggregation Patterns; Certified Reef Check EcoDiver Trainer.
Bio: Dr. Rina leads our environmental initiatives and enriches our dive experiences with her profound scientific knowledge. She designs our guest briefings on responsible marine interaction, ensuring divers understand how to safely observe manta rays and protect fragile coral ecosystems like the Biorock structures in Pemuteran. Rina manages our partnerships with organizations like the Coral Triangle Center and WWF Indonesia, translating our commercial success into tangible conservation impact. Her insights are invaluable in crafting itineraries that are not only thrilling but also ecologically conscious.
David “Dave” Miller
Head of Dive Operations & Safety
Credentials: PADI Course Director (#123456), DAN DEMP Instructor Trainer, Certified Gas Blender, 15+ Years as a Dive Professional in Southeast Asia.
Bio: Dave is the guardian of our safety standards. As a PADI Course Director, he oversees all training programs, from beginner PADI Open Water courses to professional-level certifications. He is responsible for the rigorous maintenance schedule of all our equipment and the continuous safety training of our dive staff. Dave’s meticulous attention to detail and calm demeanor ensure that every dive, whether it’s a challenging drift dive in Nusa Penida or a tranquil exploration of Menjangan’s walls, is conducted with the highest level of safety and professionalism. His expertise is a cornerstone of the trust our clients place in us.
Ayu Lestari
Client Experience & Logistics Manager
Credentials: Certified Tour Planner (ASITA), Diploma in International Tourism, 10+ Years in Luxury Travel Logistics.
Bio: Ayu is the logistical artist who ensures every journey is seamless. From the moment you land at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) until your departure, Ayu and her team manage all transfers, accommodations, and special requests with precision and grace. Her extensive network and deep understanding of Bali’s infrastructure allow her to solve any challenge before it becomes a problem.
