International Diving Safety Standards
Our dive operations meet and exceed the highest global standards for recreational and technical diving.

Operational Safety Protocols
Our commitment to safety extends to every aspect of your journey.
- Vessel Safety: Our dive boats are fully licensed and equipped with marine VHF radios, GPS, life jackets, and emergency signaling devices. They undergo regular inspections by our Head of Operations and comply with regulations from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation.
- Transportation: Our fleet of air-conditioned vehicles is fully insured, regularly maintained, and equipped with GPS tracking for your safety and comfort. Our drivers are professionally trained and licensed.
- Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed EAP for every dive location, including communication protocols and emergency contacts for the nearest medical facilities and hyperbaric chambers (Sanglah General Hospital in Denpasar and BIMC Hospital). Our guides are trained annually on these procedures.
- Guide-to-Guest Ratios: We maintain a low guide-to-diver ratio (maximum 4:1 for certified divers, and often lower) to ensure personalized attention and supervision.
